Production Operator - Join Our Team in Blackpool!
Are you reliable, hands‑on, and eager to learn? We're looking for Production Operators to join our high‑performing manufacturing team at DePuy Synthes in Blackpool.
In this role, you'll support the assembly and processing of high‑quality products, working to established specifications and safety standards. You'll be part of a collaborative, fast‑paced environment where teamwork, attention to detail and good manufacturing practice (GMP) are essential.
What you'll do:
1. Complete manufacturing and assembly tasks to strict quality standards
2. Maintain excellent housekeeping and follow hygiene & gowning procedures
3. Support training of new colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement
4. Work safely with equipment, including basic calibration tasks
5. Collaborate as part of a strong, supportive team
What we're looking for:
6. Good numeracy, literacy, and communication skills
7. Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
8. Good hygiene, attention to detail, and dexterity
9. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing needs
10. 0-2 years' experience (manufacturing experience helpful but not essential)
