Overview
Location: Two Point Studios, Farnham. Working Model: 4-days per week in-office (Fri WFH).
Responsibilities
* Work closely with design and art to implement gameplay features from initial design through to testing and iteration
* Write clean, maintainable, and robust code in Unity and C#
* Implement and refine gameplay systems, responding to feedback and playtesting
* Help maintain code quality and follow established technical standards
* Plan and estimate your own tasks within an agile development process
* Contribute positively to team discussions, problem-solving, and feature reviews
Requirements / Qualifications
* Solid practical experience with Unity and C#
* Around 5 years of professional game development experience (or equivalent demonstrable skill)
* Good understanding of core programming practices, including Source control, Debugging and testing, Code structure and reuse, Basic awareness of performance (CPU and memory)
* Strong soft skills, including communication, teamwork, time management, and problem-solving
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and improve
* Of course, a love for games!
* The ideal candidate would have: Experience or interest in AI or gameplay systems; Some experience with performance optimisation in Unity; At least one shipped commercial game; Exposure to console development; Basic 3D maths or graphics knowledge
