Digital Designer and Content Creator
This position is a full‑time role based in either Slough or Berkshire College of Agriculture, with travel across the four Windsor Forest Colleges campuses. Salary is within Scale I of the Support Staff pay scale (£29,487 – £32,206 per year).
Responsibilities include:
* Creating design projects for internal and external promotional materials, marketing campaigns, and user interface elements for reports, Student Apps, and ILPS.
* Marketing digital and print media to deadlines.
* Following brand guidelines and tailoring creative solutions to each college’s identity.
* Supporting the development of the College’s digital services within a user‑focused, data‑driven, iterative approach.
* Utilising content management systems such as WordPress, social media, and scheduling platforms.
Qualifications:
* Degree level or equivalent education.
* Minimum 2 years experience in a similar digital designer/content creator role.
* Proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, Creative Suite.
* Ability to produce a portfolio of relevant work.
