The business also operates the Leasing Broker Federation, a trade association representing UK leasing brokers.
We are seeking a campaign manager to coordinate client advertising and marketing campaigns across the groups brands.
The role will also support social media planning and delivery, helping to strengthen visibility and engagement across multiple platforms.
Purpose of the role
The campaign manager will oversee the day-to-day delivery of commercial campaigns across print, digital, and event channels.
This includes display advertising, sponsored content, and promotional activity. The role ensures that campaigns run smoothly, deadlines are met, and all client activity aligns with brand standards and objectives.
Alongside campaign coordination, the campaign manager will assist with digital advertising, email marketing, and social activity related to campaigns and events.
Key responsibilities
Manage end-to-end delivery of client advertising and marketing campaigns across digital, print, newsletter, podcast, and event channels.
Coordinate with sales, design, and editorial teams to ensure assets and approvals are received on time.
Schedule and monitor digital campaigns within Google Ad Manager and other platforms as required.
Maintain internal campaign trackers and produce reports on delivery and performance.
Act as the main contact for campaign updates and client communication.
Support email marketing and social activity linked to key campaigns and events.
Assist in developing social content and tracking engagement across channels.
Contribute to audience reporting and performance analysis.
Skills and experience
Experience in campaign management, client services, or marketing coordination, ideally within publishing, media, or B2B marketing.
Familiarity with Google Ad Manager and digital campaign reporting tools is preferred.
Basic understanding of HTML for tasks such as email marketing and advert tag implementation (training will be provided).
Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Clear and confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
Experience using social media scheduling tools such as Buffer or Hootsuite.
Understanding of digital advertising formats, analytics, and campaign metrics.
Proactive, collaborative approach and ability to work independently under pressure.

The campaign manager will work closely with the sales and operations teams to support commercial delivery across all Astor Media brands.
