In the role, you will be a trusted advisor across the entire implementation project lifecycle from initial workshops to the final go-live. You will deliver solutions to both new and existing mid-market and enterprise customers, handling projects with varying scope and complexity. You will collaborate with customers across industries to configure requirements, train users, and support the final go-live.
Experience required:
* 5 years implementing SaaS solutions in enterprise clients
* Hands-on experience with XML/HTML or similar to configure SaaS software for clients
