The role of Yard Supervisor will require someone with both practical and leadership qualities.
Responsibilities of the Yard Supervisor:-
* Leadership of a team on site
* Staying away on site in line with company requirements
* Delegation of tasks on site and in the yard
* Be involved in all aspects of structure build; planning, preparation, set up and take down
* Driving, loading and unloading vehicles
* Yard duties which include maintenance, stock management and cleaning
* Ensure health and safety is always adhered to
* Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained
* Ensure correct PPE is being worn
* Requirement to conform with, and adhere to, the Quality Management System
Essential Skills of the Yard Supervisor:-
* Team worker
* Proven leadership experience
* Problem solver
* Good communicator
* Practical aptitude and proficient with tool usage and site savvy
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Eligibility to live and work in the UK without restriction
