We are looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op. Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing), and weekends, to be discussed at interview. As a Customer Team Member, you will:
* Provide friendly and thoughtful service, responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, working in our in-store bakery, and delivering a great shopping experience.
* Support your colleagues to solve problems for customers and members, making everyone's day better.
* Ensure the store is safe and compliant—keeping shelves stocked, and checking prices, dates, and temperatures.
* Help introduce new products and services, sharing experiences with colleagues to facilitate learning.
* Support your local community by participating in activities and events.
