Electro - Mechanical Assembly Technician
Rate: Negotiable on experience
Duration: 6 months

About the Role:
Our client is a global leader in aerospace health and monitoring solutions, with decades of proven experience in aircraft diagnostics, rotor tracking, engine monitoring, and data management systems. They are currently seeking a skilled Electro - Mechanical Assembly Technicianto join their team in Eastleigh.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a range of electro-mechanical equipment, including rotor blade trackers, aircraft cabling, and condition monitoring units. You will play a vital role in upholding the highest standards of Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC).
Key Responsibilities:
* Manufacture and assemble electro-mechanical products in line with technical drawings and instructions
* Hand place and solder both through-hole and surface mount components
* Carry out crimping, cable assembly, and PCB work
* Perform product testing and quality checks
* Provide feedback for continuous improvement initiatives
* Collaborate effectively and maintain clear communication with the team
* Ensure effective time management and productivity
* Qualification in Electrical Engineering (HNC or equivalent preferred)
* Proven experience with PCB assembly
* Strong soldering skills and component identification
* Familiarity with circuit diagrams and BOMs
* Capable of fault finding and minor electronic repairs
* Experience with goods-in inspection and part conformity
