Overview
Brand Manager - 12-month FTC - Start ASAP - Hybrid (3 days in office/2 WFH). This role is with a leading consumer goods business based in Lancashire, England, United Kingdom. You will join a high-performing marketing team on a fixed-term contract (maternity cover) and have ownership and visibility from day one.

As Brand Manager you will...
* Be responsible for developing and delivering brand strategies and marketing plans that drive growth, strengthen market share, and build deeper connections with consumers.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams and external agencies to deliver best-in-class campaigns and bring new products to market.
* Manage a small team of ABMs and report directly into the Marketing Director.
* Use consumer insights, market trends and competitor analysis to shape strategy.
* Manage agency partners (creative, media, PR) to deliver impactful brand activity.
* Oversee budgets, reporting on ROI and key brand performance metrics.
* Collaborate with Sales, Innovation and Supply Chain to ensure launch success.

* Solid brand or product management experience within FMCG/consumer goods.
* Strong understanding of brand strategy and campaign delivery.
* Commercial mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
* Ideally people management experience.
