Up to £40,000 + Excellent Benefits + Monday-Friday + Permanent Role
Are you a qualified Electrician with a Level 3 NVQ and industry experience?
Do you want to step away from site work into a stable, Monday-Friday role where you can use your knowledge to shape the next generation of electricians whilst taking the lead and putting your stamp on the electrical department?

In this role, you'll work with learners across a range of levels, delivering engaging practical and theory-based sessions while supporting them through their qualifications and into employment.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced electrician with a Level 3 qualification and a passion for developing others.

The Role
* Delivering electrical training across theory, practical skills, and safety
* Teaching learners at different stages (study programmes, apprentices, commercial learners)
* Full support, induction, and ongoing development provided
* Preparing learners for industry, assessments, and employment
* Monday-Friday, 08:30-16:30
The Person
* Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation
* Strong industry background in electrical installation/maintenance
* Passionate about supporting and developing learners
* Strong communication and organisational skills
