Location: Ainsdale, Southport
Salary: £36,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full Time, 37.5 hours per week

What We’re Looking For
* Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification
* Driver licence with access to a personal vehicle
* Experience supporting individuals with complex needs, including autism, learning disabilities and mental health conditions
* Strong team management, staff development and service improvement skills
* Passion for person‑centred care and positive outcomes
A Day in the Life
You’ll oversee multiple services, supporting your teams to deliver exceptional care. Your day might include coaching staff, reviewing care plans, liaising with families and professionals, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You lead by example, inspire confidence, and create a culture of continuous improvement.
