Profile

The ideal candidate will bring:
Experience from a customer-facing commercial sales, or business development role (it would be highly advantageous if you have a background in fertilizer sales).Knowledge of agriculture, crop production, agronomy, or the wider farming industry.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.A proactive and self-motivated approach with a focus on delivering results.The ability to identify customer needs and develop practical solutions.A full UK driving licence.
