We are currently recruiting dedicated Care Assistants / Healthcare Assistants to support both children and adults with complex needs.

Hours: Daytime and Nightmare
About The Role
Duties include:
Key Responsibilities (All Roles)
* Deliver compassionate, person-centred care in line with care plans
* Assist with personal care, mobility, nutrition, and daily activities
* Promote independence, dignity, and emotional wellbeing
* Maintain accurate care documentation
* Build trusting relationships with clients and families
* Follow all health & safety regulations and company policies

Required Criteria
* Minimum 6 months UK care experience
* Compassionate, patient, and reliable
* Strong spoken and written English
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic IT skills for documentation
* Enhanced DBS required
Desired Criteria
* Experience with children or complex needs preferred but not essential
* Full UK driving licence & access to a vehicle preferred

£12.71 - £14.72 per hour
