We are recruiting a proactive and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to support targeted interventions within our SEMH provision.
You will work closely with pupils who require additional support to access education, helping them build confidence and succeed both socially and academically.
What you’ll be doing:
* Running small group interventions and nurture sessions
* Supporting literacy, emotional regulation, and social skills
* Helping pupils transition between activities and lessons
* Working collaboratively with staff to meet individual needs
* Promoting inclusion and engagement
Ideal for:
Graduates with an interest in child development, behaviour, and alternative education pathways.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
