EVE, our restaurant in Kensington, is an unorthodox pizza joint from across the pond — think NYC-style pizza pies paired with fantastic starters, sides, desserts, and drinks. We're now looking for a hands-on, guest-focused Bar Supervisor to support the management team, lead shifts, and deliver outstanding drinks and service.

What Will You Be Doing?
* Supervising the day-to-day running of the bar and leading shifts
* Preparing and serving cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits to brand standards
* Supporting, training, and motivating the bar team
* Managing stock control, rotation, and ordering to minimise waste
* Ensuring the bar is clean, organised, and well-presented at all times
* Handling guest enquiries and feedback with professionalism and care
* Working closely with the management team to deliver smooth service across the venue
* Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health, and safety standards
What Do You Need?
* Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor or strong Bartender ready to step up
* Excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar operations
* Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach
* Ability to stay calm and professional during busy shifts
* A passion for hospitality, people, and delivering memorable experiences
