The Role
This is a dynamic, sales-focused role where you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our presence within the industrial recruitment market.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and win new business opportunities within the industrial sector
* Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients
* Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
* Attend client meetings, networking events, and site visits
* Collaborate with the recruitment team to deliver tailored staffing solutions
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
* Negotiate terms of business and close deals effectively
Requirements
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or recruitment (industrial sector experience preferred)
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient
* Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships
* Full UK driving licence (if role requires travel)
