Your new role
As Electrical Contracts Manager, you will:
1. Prepare and implement electrical contracts
2. Plan and programme labour and projects effectively
3. Lead site teams and direct labour
4. Ensure deadlines are met and quality standards maintained
5. One overnight stay in London per week may be required
What you'll need to succeed
6. Electrical background: time-served Electrician or HNC+ in Building Services
7. Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Electrical Contracts Manager or Electrical Design Engineer
8. Strong knowledge of electrical installation on large-scale projects
9. Leadership skills withmercial awareness and accountability
10. Ability to motivate and coach teams
