MAKE READY SHIFT SUPERVISOR - COLCHESTER

Make Ready are a dedicated support network assisting front-line clinicians in providing excellent care to people in the East of England, 365 days/year, 7 days/week, 24 hours/day, covering six counties - Beds, Cambs, Essex, Herts, Norfolk, and Suffolk.
This role involves shifts covering 12-hour days & nights over the year.

Your role will involve supervising daily operations and performance at a Make Ready centre, responsible for preparing ambulances for duty and maintaining vehicle and equipment serviceability.
You will assist Group Leads with staff training, development, discipline, appraisals, timesheets, sickness interviews, and leave requests. Ensuring ambulance preparation meets standards and managing staffing rotas are key responsibilities.
You will liaise with internal and external contacts to respond to operational needs and maintain vehicle availability, ensuring accurate stock and equipment records.
Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends, is required. Good communication skills, basic IT knowledge, and a UK driving license with C1 category are essential.
Substantial supervisory experience in people management is necessary for this role.
