Key Responsibilities * Undertake a wide range of carpentry repairs in occupied and empty properties. * Carry out first and second fix carpentry, kitchen installations, door fitting, tiling, and vinyl flooring. * Perform general maintenance tasks and non-licensed asbestos removal (training provided). * Deliver high-quality workmanship, maintain excellent customer service, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
