Territory Manager | Maternity, Cardiology & Resuscitation

Job Overview:
As Territory Manager, you will support customers in the sale and distribution of maternity, cardiology, and resuscitation products across your territory, building strong relationships with clinicians and engineers in hospitals to drive business growth while delivering excellent customer support.
* Develop relationships with key customers and convert them into lasting business partnerships
* Drive growth within cardiology, maternity, resuscitation, and EBME departments
* Achieve quarterly and annual sales plans
* Assist customers with clinical, technical, and commercial enquiries
* Identify and develop new business opportunities and market potential
* Systematically collect and interpret market and competitor information
* Provide feedback on customer needs, promotional programmes, and market changes
* Support new product launches and corporate initiatives within your area
* Attend relevant conferences and meetings to support business development
To be successful:
To excel in this Territory Manager role, you should have experience in medical sales or technical environments within hospitals, ideally with existing relationships across cardiology, maternity, and EBME departments. You should bring excellent planning and organisational skills alongside a proactive, target-driven mindset.
* 2+ years’ medical sales or technical experience
* Experience selling into hospital clinical areas; relationships with EBME Managers, Cardiology, or Maternity Managers is an advantage
* Strong drive, organisational, and account management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Independent, self-motivated, and target-focused
* Full, clean driving licence (company car provided)
* Full training provided
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant industry systems
Location:
South West & areas of Wales (candidates must live on territory and be willing to travel within the UK as required).
