There's a role for everyone in retail - including leadership. As a Section Manager, you'll motivate your section leaders to deliver high standards across your department, maximising availability and driving sales. You should have an eye for detail, ensuring shop floor standards are met and back of house areas run safely and smoothly. If you're looking to develop further in retail, this could be the role for you!
As part of the leadership team, you'll work a three-week rolling rota which includes weekends. At times, you may be solely responsible for the store, so you'll need to be confident in overseeing operations as a whole.

You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be adaptable to change. You'll be naturally friendly, eager to get involved, and work with your team to deliver great results. An enthusiastic approach, along with strong coaching and mentoring skills, is essential.
