Job Description
A superb opportunity has arisen for an experienced building surveyor to manage the maintenance, compliance and minor project work needed across this company's Midlands portfolio.
This role involves managing capital projects ranging from minor refurbishments to large-scale developments, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and maintaining high standards of safety and functionality across all properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for contractor management, budget control, and the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance programmes.
Key Requirements:
* Degree-qualified in Building Surveying, Property Management, or Engineering
* Proven experience delivering capital works and managing property assets
* Strong understanding of health and safety, compliance, and building regulations
* Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills
* Full UK driving license and willingness to travel regularly across the region
Working remotely (based from home), you'll be using your skills as a project manager, building surveyor, facilities manager or similar to visit the various sites and check the condition of the properties as and when needed.
