About Our Services & Available Roles Learning Disability Support Worker – Coalville A brand-new supported living service for young adults with learning disabilities. Highfields Street supports individuals to live safely and independently, with 1:1 care focused on building confidence, daily living skills, and community involvement. What you’ll do * Deliver personalised, face to face support * Build daily living skills and confidence * Write and review risk assessments * Work closely with families and multi-agency professionals * Follow procedures and health & safety standards Shift patterns: 7:00am – 2:30pm 2:30pm – 10:00pm 10:00pm – 7:00am (waking nights) Includes weekends and bank holidays. Highfields Street is not accessible by public transport, access to your own transport is necessary. Mental Health Support Worker – Loughborough City Heights is a supported living service that provides long term support to persons living with a learning disability or a mental health illness. The service enables people to learn independent living skills and develop their confidence and obtain work or voluntary employment. The service promotes therapeutic support in a psychologically informed environment. What you’ll do * Provide face to face support to vulnerable adults * Support emotional wellbeing and daily living skills * Write, follow and review support plans and risk assessments * Encourage positive behaviour and meaningful change * Maintain relationships with families and professionals Shift patterns: 7:30am – 3:00pm 1:00pm – 9:00pm Mid-shifts Includes weekends and bank holidays
