Personal Assistant – Chairman’s Office (Global Retailer)
Location: Bond St, London
Our client, a leading global retailer, is seeking a Personal Assistant to join their prestigious Chairman’s Office. This role will work alongside three Senior Executive Assistant, providing high-level support to the Chairman, CPPO, and Finance Executives, ensuring the smooth running of critical operations at the heart of the business.
What You’ll Do
* Collaborate with the Chairman’s Office team to maximise efficiency and organisation.
* Manage complex diaries and schedule meetings, calls, and events with senior stakeholders globally.
* Coordinate international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas, and medical requirements.
* Organise in-person and virtual events for small and large groups, sourcing venues within budget.
* Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations and assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
* Act as a gatekeeper for the CPPO, filtering calls and requests with professionalism.
* Provide support to Non-Executive Directors and other senior PAs as required.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a PA or in team support roles.
* Highly organised, proactive, and able to work collaboratively.
* Exceptional communication skills and confidence liaising with senior stakeholders.
* Strong international diary and travel management experience.
* Advanced IT skills, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
