Required Skills:
* 3+ years in an IT support or SysAdmin role
* Experience providing 2nd Line support in a fast-paced environment
* Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows, Linux, and macOS
* Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
* Knowledge of networking protocols, firewalls, VPNs, and security best practices
* Experience supporting virtualized environments (Hyper-V, VMware, etc.)
* A passion for blockchain, AI, or emerging technologies (bonus points if you run your own server at home!)
