Overview
Cheryl is a sociable, independent individual who needs a couple of support workers to join her team. She enjoys social activities, visiting new places, animals, and staying active. The role involves providing companionship, practical support, budgeting help, and emotional support to help Cheryl maintain independence and pursue her interests.
Responsibilities
* Provide personal and social support to Cheryl, helping her stay engaged with activities she enjoys.
* Assist with budgeting and financial planning as needed.
* Support Cheryl in visiting new places and trying new activities; accompany and facilitate outings.
* Offer emotional support to help manage anxiety and maintain well-being; help Cheryl stay on track and feel supported.
* Work as part of a small team with a positive, can-do attitude; contribute to a respectful and inclusive environment.
Hours
15 hours per week
