As a Marketing Executive in the Brand team, you’ll play a key role in delivering compelling campaigns and communications that build awareness, drive engagement, and strengthen our position as a trusted, leading brand. Role Overview Reporting to the Marketing and PR Manager, you’ll be an integral part of the Brand team, working cross-functionally with E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Creative Services, Retail, Buying, and Merchandising teams. You’ll lead the development, execution, and analysis of omni-channel marketing campaigns, local initiatives, brand partnerships, and tactical marketing activities—ensuring every piece of activity is on-brand, aligned with company strategy, and optimised for ROI. Your role will be varied and dynamic, connecting departments to bring campaigns to life across all customer touchpoints. You’ll be a trusted advisor on all aspects of marketing communications, bringing creativity, organisation, and commercial awareness to every project. Key Responsibilities Marketing Campaigns • Support the Marketing and PR Manager in defining the annual marketing and communications calendar, integrating product, brand, and trade campaigns across all UK and international channels. • Lead the management and delivery of licensee campaigns, from briefing through to asset creation and activation, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. • Develop and nurture relationships with licensee and brand partners, producing bespoke campaigns that meet business objectives. • Brief all internal teams (email, social, PR, online, in-store) on brand campaign activity to ensure cohesive execution. • Prepare detailed creative briefs and collaborate closely with the Creative and Visual Merchandising teams to produce on-brand assets and POS materials. • Deliver post-campaign analysis, producing actionable insights and recommendations based on sales data, customer feedback, and ROI. • Act as the main marketing contact for retail teams and stores, providing campaign guidance and local marketing support. • Support the growth of international and partnership marketing, ensuring brand consistency across markets. • Lead charity partnership activations and related communications. • Identify and recommend ad hoc campaigns to address specific business opportunities, such as regional sales boosts. • Manage communications with store operations teams, track performance, and implement process improvements. • Track and manage marketing budgets, ensuring all campaigns are delivered efficiently and within allocated spend. Digital Marketing Support • Maintain and update brand pages on the website, ensuring content is current and aligned with campaign activity. • Brief and execute user-generated content for paid media purposes. • Maintain the company’s Google My Business account, ensuring information is accurate and up to date. • Oversee brand representation on LinkedIn and other third-party platforms.
