As a Lettings Negotiator working at Reeds Rains, we are proud to offer:
* On Target Earning (OTE) between £22,000 and £24,000 per annum
* A 5-day working week
* 25 days holiday and bank holidays

In the role of a Lettings Negotiator you will be responsible for growing and developing the lettings business within the branch by:
* Generating and conducting property viewings
* Negotiating offers
* Business Prospecting and proactive activity
* Local market knowledge and networking
* Displaying excellent customer service at all times
As a target driven individual you will ideally have experience within the estate agency industry. A full UK driving license is essential.
This branch is independently owned and operated by FAVSCO23 under a franchise arrangement and is part of a national network of Reeds Rains branches.
