An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Pharmacist to work at Rivers Hospital. In this role, you will be an integral part of a team committed to delivering high-quality clinical outcomes in a supportive environment, where your skills and expertise will be valued.
Duties will include
1. Clinical service to wards
2. Stock control
3. Procurement
4. Patient counselling
5. Medicines management for the hospital
6. Adherence to medicines management policies and procedures and other pharmaceutical duties
Candidates must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be patient-focused. Applications are welcomed from hospital, community, and primary care pharmacists. You must be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council as a pharmacist to be eligible for this post.
