We are looking for a Field Service Engineer / Helpdesk Support professional with Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience to join our growing team. This role involves both remote and on-site support, ensuring that clients receive expert assistance with their technical issues.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support to clients via remote and on-site assistance.
2. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
3. Collaborate with the team to improve service delivery.
4. Maintain documentation of support activities and client interactions.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or Helpdesk Support.
2. Experience working in a Managed Service Provider environment.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
