We're looking for a Customer Care Coordinator with experience in construction, housing, or property to join a leading housebuilder. This is a key role where you'll be the main point of contact for customers after they move into their new homes, ensuring any issues are resolved quickly and professionally. The role is set to start ASAP, an interview with the client will be included as part of the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for homeowners, providing excellent aftercare service
* Log and manage customer queries, defects, and remedial works through the internal system
* Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to arrange and complete works
* Keep customers updated throughout the process with clear and timely communication
* Maintain accurate records and reports to support the wider customer care function
* Ensure all work is carried out in line with company standards and NHBC requirements
What We're Looking For:
1. Previous experience in a customer care role within construction, housebuilding, or property (essential)
