Job Summary

We're looking for an experiencedBMS Technical Services Managerto join our team and lead the delivery of Building Management System (BMS) projects across a diverse range of buildings and facilities.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of the technical delivery process – from design and implementation through to commissioning and ongoing support. The role is pivotal in ensuring technical compliance, financial performance, and the consistent delivery of high-quality outcomes across our smart building solutions.

Serving as the principal technical authority and point of escalation for all BMS operations, you will work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver efficient, innovative, and compliant solutions. Key responsibilities include resource planning, project governance, risk management, client engagement, and partner oversight, with a clear focus on ensuring that all work is delivered to the highest standards of safety, performance, and customer satisfaction.

This includes managing complex BMS installations, driving performance improvements across varied client portfolios, and ensuring our solutions meet evolving expectations around energy efficiency, system integration, and digital transformation. Your technical insight will be critical in supporting the delivery of intelligent building systems that enhance user experience, reduce operational costs, and support sustainability targets.

As the senior technical lead, collaboration across engineering, commercial, and operational teams is essential, alongside strong client-facing engagement. Projects must be delivered on schedule, within budget, and in full alignment with defined quality standards and compliance requirements.

If you're a technically minded professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and wants to be part of a growing team, we'd like to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven track record in the design, installation, commissioning, and fault diagnosis of Building Management Systems (BMS) and Energy Management Systems (EMS) within a specialist provider environment.
* Hands-on experience implementing, maintaining, and optimising a variety of BMS platforms, demonstrating technical adaptability across multiple systems.
* Strong familiarity with project lifecycle management, including design development, cost planning, procurement, and delivery oversight.
* Practical knowledge of integrating and managing complementary Operational Technologies, such as lighting control systems.
* Demonstrated capability working with digital and smart building technologies within the Extra-Low Voltage Systems (ELVS) domain.
* Deep understanding of the role BMS and EMS play in enhancing energy efficiency, comfort, and operational performance within commercial property portfolios.
* Comprehensive experience across the full lifecycle of BMS/EMS systems, from concept design through to build, maintenance, and continuous optimisation.
* Strong leadership credentials with a history of effectively managing multi-disciplinary teams across geographically dispersed project sites.
