In this role your responsibilities will include:
· Managing day to day operations of the taproom
* Ensuring full compliance with H&S, Food Safety, HACCP, Regulatory standards
* Creating and managing staff rotas
· Looking for new business opportunities and managing partnerships
· Training bar staff to the highest standards
· Ensuring everyone is knowledgeable about our beers
· Stock management and control of wastage
· Driving of onsite sales
· Cleanliness and hygiene of bar/cellar, taproom and beer garden
· Delivery of excellent customer service
· Act as DPS and ensure licensing objectives are met
· Manage occasional part time staff
· Creating, promoting and managing taproom events
· Managing event platforms and driving event revenue on and off site
· Booking and planning private hire events
Your day-to-day taproom activities will include:
· Working behind the bar and at events on and off site
· Opening/closing duties
· Cleaning and maintenance of bar, toilets and outside areas
· Expertly pouring beer for our customers
· Stocking/ordering draft products, guest beers/drinks and snack
· Working with the team and other organizers to make on and off site events happen
· Cellar and Line cleaning and maintenance
Qualifications & Skills
· Previous hospitality/bar & event management
· Self-starter with great prioritisation skills
· Reliability and responsibility
· Attention detail in all things, especially cleanliness
· Ability to stand/walk for long periods, lift and carry
· Passion for craft beer
· Excellent time management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £12.21-£14.50 per hour
