GSL Education are pleased to recruit a dedicated Science Teacher to work in a school in the S11 area of Sheffield. As a Science Teacher, you will deliver high-quality lessons across biology, chemistry, and physics, helping pupils develop knowledge, practical laboratory skills, and scientific thinking. Key Duties: Plan and deliver science lessons in line with the curriculum. Support pupils’ understanding through practical and theoretical teaching. Monitor and assess pupil progress effectively. Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom and laboratory environment. Contribute to departmental planning and science initiatives. Essential Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. Experience working as a Science Teacher in a school setting. Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills. Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for a new one.
