Job Title: Legal Secretary
Location: Southport (Hybrid)

Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time (35 hours per week)
Responsibilities:
Effectively manage all department files (both hard copy and digital) on the SOS Case Management System, including Matter Opening, ID checks, Matter Closing, and Matter Archiving.
Produce and file documents, ensuring all copies and scans are accurately managed as required.
Maintain compliance with relevant regulatory standards and adhere to Office Manual processes throughout file management.
Oversee the billing process, liaising with the Finance team as necessary.
Prepare contracts, SDLT, and Land Registry applications with precision.

Regularly update and maintain the case management system to ensure accurate records.
Handle telephone calls for the team, providing professional and efficient communication.
