Main purpose of the role...
* Providingexcellent customer care in all care pathways being utilised in the store.
* Equipment / technical set ups, completing of delegated tasks
* Perform diagnostic / pre-assessment procedures under the supervision of the optometrist
* Perform digital imaging and OCT scan capture
* Perform visual field testing following the attending optometrists instructions of strategy and programme
Essential skills
* Excellent customer communication skills
* Confidentto seek guidance and support when needed
Main responsibilities
* Provide clear explanation of the appointment to the customer
* Ensure all datas protection and regulatory rules and regulations are explained and followed
* Complete the necessary diagnostics with the customer whilst adhering to the current IPC and PPE guidelines
* Ensure the customer is comfortable and aware of what to expect at each part if their journey
