Recruitment Professionals is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established law firm in Chichester. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a firm known for providing high-quality legal services. The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a varied caseload, including: Freehold purchases and sales Leasehold transactions Re-mortgages Transfer of equity New builds Lease extensions and enfranchisement Equity release (please indicate experience in your application) The firm uses Redbrick case management software, and full CQS and AML training will be provided.
