Job Purpose
The HSQE & Facilities Manager will lead and embed best-in-class Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental (HSQE) standards, while being fully accountable for facilities management across Pramac Generac UK & Ireland. The role ensures that all people, sites, operations, and customer-facing activities are safe, compliant, and professional, and that facilities support operational efficiency, employee well‑being, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality management systems and processes.
* Coordinate ISO and compliance‑related activities, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 where applicable.
* Monitor environmental compliance and support sustainability initiatives across the business.
* Drive continuous improvement activities across operational and support functions.
* Support customer, supplier, insurer, and regulatory audits relating to quality and environmental compliance.
* Ensure corrective and preventative actions are effectively managed and closed out.
* Promote a culture of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
