We are working with a growing MSP IT company in the Worthing area who are looking to recruit a friendly and experienced 2nd Line IT Support Technician for their busy help desk.
Role: 2nd Line IT Support
Area: MSP IT Support Company
Location: Worthing, West Sussex
Responsibilities:
* Answering incoming helpdesk enquiries and assisting the 1st Line Support team to resolve customer issues
* Providing support for more complex IT, Network, and VOIP issues
* Server configuration and monitoring
* Ensuring professional customer service and meeting SLAs
* Hands-on work with server and desktop products, networking components like routers, printers, and bespoke applications
* Potential to conduct client site checks, installations, and upgrades
Requirements:
* Previous experience at 2nd Line level
* Experience in an MSP environment preferred but not essential
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office 2010-2019 & Office 365 Administration
* Knowledge of Microsoft Server 2008 and Exchange 2010/2013/2016/2019
* Understanding of networking protocols and devices (e.g., Draytek, Netgear)
* Experience with Telephone Systems is an advantage but not required

Package:
* Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 depending on experience
