We are recruiting for an IT Support Analyst to join a successful and growing company based in St Albans. Our client is one of the leading players in their field, known for being a friendly, sociable company with a relaxed yet professional atmosphere.
Key responsibilities:
1. Provide support to internal and external users
2. Prioritise and respond to tickets from multiple channels such as email, phone, chat, and walk-ups
3. Communicate with customers to help resolve technical issues
4. Perform diagnostic and root cause analysis
5. Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, including installing, configuring, and patching hardware, operating systems, and applications
What the employer is looking for:
1. 2+ years in a similar IT Support/Service Desk Analyst role
2. Pro-active attitude with a desire to help people
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Good organisational and prioritisation skills
5. Strong Windows desktop knowledge and administration (Windows 10)
6. Exchange Server administration (Exchange 2013/2016)
7. Windows Server administration
8. Active Directory and Group Policy knowledge
9. Experience with Azure AD / Office 365 administration
10. Proficiency with Office/O365 applications, including Teams
