As a Trainee Talent Acquisition Consultant, you’ll be part of Roc Search’s dynamic internal recruitment team — a crucial engine behind our company’s ongoing success and growth.
You will:
* Engage with candidates via phone, video, and face-to-face to understand their goals and assess suitability for our internal opportunities.
* Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand team needs, culture, and goals.
* Manage the full recruitment cycle from candidate sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and offers.
* Build talent pipelines through networking, referrals, events, and social media.
* Play a key role in helping Roc Search meet its ambitious headcount and expansion targets.
