Location: Leatherhead, Surrey
Hours: 37.5 Hours per week

SeeAbility run a special schools eye care service across 30 schools/sites in London, providing eye tests and glasses.
About You
Optometry Administrative Assistant will be part of an administrative team who support the clinical teams working out in the school, based at our Leatherhead head office. Optometry Administrative Assistant will be responsible for collecting and securely storing sensitive health information, using a secure digital practice management system (Full training will be given, enhanced cleared DBS required).
Key Responsibilities
* Managing incoming enquires by phone and email from parents and schools
* Planning clinics, distributing consent /eye care history forms and appointment letters
* Securely storing completed consent/ eye care history forms
* Additional duties as required by the administrative assistants & eye care service manager
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Must be able to maintain discretion and confidentiality
* Must be able to work independently as will be the main point of contact of special schools enquiries
Reporting to: Noopur Patel - Special Schools Service Manager
Start Date: Immediate start is desirable
