With decades of experience delivering complex builds, they are known for maintaining high finishing standards, well organised site teams, and strong long-term relationships with both clients and subcontractors. They are currently delivering a major hospitality development in Co Clare with a substantial pipeline of future work across Munster and Connaght. The Role: Finishing Foreman This is a key Finishing Foreman role on a large scale hospitality construction project in Co Clare. You will take ownership of all finishing works on site, ensuring apartments, bedrooms, public areas, and high-end internal finishes are delivered to a high standard and within programme targets. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will coordinate subcontractors and drive quality throughout the final phases of construction. This role will suit a Finishing Foreman with strong attention to detail, excellent trade coordination skills, and proven experience delivering quality finishes on large building projects. You will be joining a professional site team on a well-resourced project with strong systems and support already in place. Must Have Requirements Must have 5 years’ experience as a Finishing Foreman on Irish construction projects Proven experience required delivering high quality internal finishes on large scale builds Experience with a main contractor in Ireland is required Strong knowledge of finishing trades, snagging, and quality control required Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain programme delivery during final phases of construction Preferred Experience Hospitality, hotel or high-end residential project experience preferred Experience managing fit out and handover stages beneficial Strong eye for detail and quality finishes Key Responsibilities Manage all finishing works across the project Coordinate finishing subcontractors and daily site activities Drive programme delivery during fit out and handover phases Ensure all works meet quality standards and project specifications Carry out snagging inspections and manage close out works Maintain excellent health & safety standards on site Liaise with the Site Manager and Contracts Manager regarding project progress Ensure materials, labour, and trades are coordinated efficiently About You You are an experienced Finishing Foreman with a strong background delivering high quality finishes on large construction projects for a main contractor. You understand the importance of programme delivery during the final stages of a build and can manage multiple trades while maintaining strong quality control standards. You are organised, practical, and capable of driving subcontractors to achieve deadlines without compromising workmanship. You take pride in delivering projects to a high standard and work well within a professional site management team.
