What You’ll Do
* Manage acute episodes and respond to mental health crises, de‑escalating aggressive or high‑risk behaviour.
* Offer therapeutic support such as one‑to‑one counselling, group therapy or cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).
* Develop and monitor individualised care plans to support emotional and mental well‑being.
* Advocate for patient rights, ensuring dignity and respect in every interaction.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive and compassionate care.
* Assess and monitor at‑risk patients for signs of suicidal ideation or self‑harm, intervening swiftly to ensure safety.
What We Need From You
* A current and unrestricted NMC registration.
* At least six months of UK‑based paid experience.
* The right to work in the UK.
* Good standard of English and effective communication skills.
* Flexibility to travel as required.
