About the Brand
Ethereal Charm is my London-developed luxury parfum brand positioned within the quiet luxury and elevated sensory experience space. Initial traction has been generated through curated networking events in London, with early sales and brand interest supporting investor conversations.
We are now seeking a business partner to help our brand outreach to premium hospitality channels.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a commercially driven partner with a strong background in luxury hotels, boutique hospitality, or high-end guest experience management.
This is an equity-based founding role (unsalaried currently), designed for someone who sees long-term value in building a premium fragrance brand aligned with curated hotel partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
i. Develop and secure partnerships with boutique and luxury hotels
ii. Introduce premium in-suite sampling experiences for hotel guests
iii. Drive B2B sales strategy within hospitality networks
iv. Lead hospitality-led brand positioning and experiential marketing
v. Build strategic relationships within luxury and lifestyle ecosystems
vi. Contribute to broader sales, marketing, and investor strategy
Ideal Profile
i. 5+ years in luxury hospitality, hotel management, or guest experience
ii. Strong industry network within boutique or premium hotel groups
iii. Commercially astute with proven sales or partnership experience
iv. Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable operating in early-stage growth
v. Confident communicator capable of representing the brand at senior levels
vi. International exposure (London, Dubai, or Australian luxury markets preferred)
