Supporting Payroll to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time, taking the lead on large scale redundancy program and intercompany recharges.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage payroll activities related to large-scale redundancy programs, including statutory payments, severance calculations, and compliance with employment legislation.
* Support the processing of payroll accurately and on time for all employees
* Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and benefits.
* Ensure all eligible employees are enrolled in the Company Pension Scheme (Legal & General).
* Provide data for Life Insurance, Private Health Insurance, P11D’s

Knowledge & Experience
* Demonstrated experience in managing payroll for large-scale redundancy programs.
* Strong knowledge of payroll systems and relevant legislation.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* The ability to work to strict deadlines and remain calm in stressful situations
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll software (Specifically ADP).
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
