* Responsible for both SDR performance and individual targets
* Assisting with learning and development of close-knit team
* Targeting mid market accounts initially
* Selling to C-Suite and Operations Leaders
About the Candidate
* 3/4+ years new business sales experience
* Experience within the Customer Experience Software space is essential
* Start up / Scale up experience preferred
* Must be proactive, comfortable challenging stakeholders and driven to achieve targets
