YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
Responsibilities
* You are the first point of contact for our customers - friendly, professional and passionate about sales and service
* You confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, and additional services, turning every customer interaction into a special experience
* You prepare rental agreements and handle customer inquiries, organized, service-oriented and always with a smile
* You meet and exceed sales goals and maintain expert knowledge of the full SIXT fleet and all products
* You love sales and have proven upselling and closing skills - motivated by targets and customer contact
Qualifications
* You have experience in direct customer contact, ideally in retail sales, service, tourism, or hospitality
* You are communicative and articulate in English
* You are flexible, team-oriented and bring full energy to shift work, including weekends and holidays - whether full-time or part-time
* You have a valid US driver's license with a clean driving record
* You love sales and have proven upselling and closing skills - motivated by targets and customer contact
