Sustainable Energy First is seeking a Sales Support Manager in Lytham St. Annes, United Kingdom, to support our Growth Team in streamlining operations and driving sales efficiency. As a certified B Corporation committed to sustainability, we aim to reduce our clients' carbon footprint significantly by 2028.
Role Overview
The Sales Support Manager will manage data, optimize processes, and support lead generation efforts to help the team exceed goals and identify new opportunities. Your work will be crucial in maintaining smooth operations and supporting team performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Process Management: Refine and oversee processes to ensure efficient team operations and maintain feedback/reporting cycles.
2. Lead Generation Support: Assist in lead generation activities using tools like Cognism, and manage the pipeline and campaign progress.
3. Team Support: Handle administrative tasks, facilitate meetings, and coordinate with the team on various operational details.
4. Process Improvement: Prepare data and presentations for meetings, monitor partnership impacts, and support fair task distribution.
5. Data and Reporting: Provide detailed MI reports to highlight performance insights and opportunities for growth.
Minimum Requirements
* Experience in project management or sales support
* Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
* Excellent attention to detail and numerical skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
* Commercial awareness and professionalism
* Understanding of GDPR principles
