Demand Planner
Slough (Head Office)
We operate a dynamic working model built on trust, choice and balance. Colleagues typically connect in person 3 days per week, as we know the best ideas and relationships grow when we collaborate side by side.
We also offer Dynamic Friday Hours, giving colleagues the opportunity to flex their time and finish early on a Friday, where the role allows.
Join our snack-loving team

You’ll use data and insights to build accurate sales forecasts that support production, purchasing, brand performance and business decision-making. You’ll work closely with Sales, Supply Chain and Finance teams, as well as external customer contacts, to manage promotions, new product set-ups and inventory estimates. This is a collaborative and varied role where you’ll make a real impact on customer service and delivery performance.
What’s in it for you?
We believe in rewarding our colleagues and helping them thrive. Here’s a flavour of what we offer:
* Annual bonus scheme, with a strong track record of overachievement
* Comprehensive healthcare support – including Medicash Health Cash Plan or Private Healthcare, Digital GP, Best Doctors second opinion service and specialist cancer care
* KP Pension Plan – contribution matching up to 7% of your salary
* 25 days holiday, plus the option to buy more
* KP4ME – our online platform for benefits, discounts, wellbeing tools and more
What will you be doing?
* Analysing sales patterns, seasonality, and variability to create and maintain accurate forecasts in Blue Planner
* Tackling the exciting challenge of refining forecasts for promotions, new lines, and short-term changes, directly influencing production plans
* Building great working relationships with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and customer contacts to align plans and share insights
* Having a direct impact on customer service by supporting accurate ordering, stock availability, and delivery performance
* Expanding your knowledge of forecasting systems, EPOS data, and promotional tracking through hands-on work and team collaboration
